- ترحيب العملاء وخدمتهم بمهنية، وتلقي طلبات الطعام والشراب بدقة، وتقديم خدمة طاولة منتبهة.
- معالجة الفواتير والمدفوعات بكفاءة مع ضمان تجربة عميل سلسة وإيجابية.
- الحفاظ على معايير عالية من النظافة والصحة والتنظيم عبر الطاولات ومناطق الخدمة.
- التنسيق عن كثب مع المطبخ وفريق الخدمة للتأكد من تشغيل المطعم بسلاسة وكفاءة.
المؤهلات:
- إناث من جنسية آسيوية، حتى 35 عامًا وما دون.
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين كنادلة في مقهى، فندق، نادي اجتماعي، إعداد سكني راقٍ، أو بيئة ضيافة مماثلة.
- مهارات اتصال وخدمة عملاء ممتازة، اللياقة البدنية، المظهر الجيد، المبادرة، والعمل ضمن فريق.
- ستُ考虑 الخبرة من بلد الأم في إعداد ضيافة فاخرة/خمس نجوم/راقية مماثلة.
Job Description:
- Welcome and serve guests professionally, take accurate food and beverage orders, and provide attentive table service.
- Process bills and payments efficiently while ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and organization across tables and service areas.
- Coordinate closely with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations.
Qualifications:
- Female Asian nationals, aged 35 and below.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Waitress in a café, hotel, clubhouse, high-end residential setting, or similar hospitality environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, physically fit, well-groomed, proactive, and team-player.
- Home-country experience ina similar luxury/5-star/high-end hospitality setting will be considered.
