إعداد وإدارة وثائق QA/QC بما فيها MIRs، WIRs، NCRs، تقارير الفحص، وسجلات الجودة.
تنسيق عمليات التفتيش مع المستشارين، العملاء، وفرق المشروع.
تحديد مشاكل الجودة وتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية والوقائية.
ضمان الامتثال لخطط جودة المشروع والمعايير ومتطلبات السلامة.
دعم الاختبار، التشغيل، وتسليم المشروع.
الملامح المرشحة المطلوبة
درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو الهندسة الميكانيكية أو مجال ذات صلة.
6-14 سنوات من الخبرة في QA/QC في مشاريع الواجهات.
معرفة قوية بالجدران الحجرية والزجاج والألومنيوم والواجهات الزجاجية، وتكسية ACP، وأنظمة الوحدة والنصف الوحدة.
خبرة في عمليات التفتيش الميداني، وإجراءات ضمان الجودة، والوثائق.
القدرة على قراءة وتفسير الرسومات والمواصفات الفنية.
مهارات تواصل وتنسيق وتقرير جيدة.
Perform quality inspections for façade installation works and materials.
Monitor installation of Curtain Wall, Unitized, Semi-Unitized, ACP Cladding, Glass & Aluminium Facade systems.
Review shop drawings, method statements, material submittals, and project specifications.
Prepare and manage QA/QC documentation including MIRs, WIRs, NCRs, inspection reports, and quality records.
Coordinate inspections with consultants, clients, and project teams.
Identify quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Ensure compliance with project quality plans, standards, and safety requirements.
Support testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
6-14 years of QA/QC experience in façade projects.
Strong knowledge of Curtain Walls, Glass & Aluminium Facades, ACP Cladding, Unitized and Semi-Unitized Systems.
Experience in site inspections, quality assurance procedures, and documentation.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Good communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
