We are looking for smart, confident & outgoing Field Interviewers to join our research team.

If you enjoy meeting people, asking questions, exploring different locations and working independently, this could be a great opportunity for you.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Field Interviewer, you’ll be out meeting people and collecting their opinions for exciting market research projects.

You will:

Conduct face-to-face interviews with selected respondents

Follow questionnaires and interview instructions accurately

Record responses using a tablet or mobile device

Check that respondents qualify before beginning an interview

Complete assigned interviews and daily targets

Keep your field supervisor updated on progress

Report refusals, unavailable respondents and any field challenges

Represent the organization professionally at all times

Skills

You don’t necessarily need to be an experienced researcher. We’re looking for people who are:

✔️ Good listeners who can ask questions clearly

✔️ Comfortable using smartphones and tablets

✔️ Reliable, organised and able to work independently

✔️ Target-oriented and committed to completing assignments

✔️ Flexible and willing to travel to different field locations

✔️ Positive and professional, even when someone says “No!”

️ LANGUAGE REQUIREMENT

You must be fluent in at least ONE of the following:

Russian

German
