Job Responsibilities:As a Property Consultant at Excel Properties, your key responsibilities will include:Negotiating between buyers and sellers. Providing expert advice on market conditions, prices, mortgages, and legal requirements. Preparing and presenting property proposals to secure deals. Conducting research and analysis to identify areas with increasing demand and profitability. Evaluating investor objectives and budgets to identify suitable property investments. Offering recommendations and advice on appropriate property investments. Negotiating prices with property agents on behalf of clients. Maintaining a comprehensive database of real estate projects in Dubai.
