Job Overview
MK Motors is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Fleet Sales Consultant to join our OMODA & JAECOO dealership in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in fleet and corporate sales within the UAE automotive dealership sector, with a proven ability to develop and manage relationships with corporate, SME, semi-government, and government clients.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute fleet sales strategies to achieve assigned sales targets.
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the UAE fleet and corporate market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate, SME, government, and semi-government organizations.
Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and client meetings to negotiations, closing, and delivery.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and fleet pricing to identify new business opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline updates.
Ensure achievement of monthly and annual fleet sales targets.
Requirements
2–4 years of proven UAE experience in automotive dealership fleet sales.
Experience handling corporate, SME, government, and semi-government accounts is mandatory.
Strong existing network and knowledge of the UAE fleet/corporate automotive market will be an advantage.
Native Arabic speaker with strong English communication skills.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
Target-driven with a proven track record in achieving sales objectives.
Valid UAE driving license.
Must be currently based in the UAE and available for immediate joining.
Desired Candidate Profile
We are looking for a candidate who is well-connected within the UAE corporate and institutional market, understands fleet purchasing requirements, and can independently generate and close fleet business. Experience with government and semi-government tenders and institutional accounts will be highly advantageous.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية
تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات مبيعات الأساطيل لتحقيق أهداف المبيعات المحددة.
تحديد وتطوير فرص أعمال جديدة داخل سوق الأساطيل والشركات في الإمارات.
بناء والحفاظ على علاقات قوية مع المنشآت الشركاتية، والمؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة، والحكومية ونصف الحكومية.
إدارة دورة المبيعات الكاملة، من توليد العملاء والاجتماعات حتى التفاوض والإغلاق والتسليم.
مراقبة اتجاهات السوق وأنشطة المنافسين وتسعير الأساطيل لتحديد فرص أعمال جديدة.
الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة لتفاعلات العملاء وأنشطة المبيعات وتحديثات خط الأنابيب.
ضمان تحقيق أهداف مبيعات الأساطيل الشهرية والسنوية.
المتطلبات
2–4 سنوات من الخبرة المثبتة في الإمارات في مبيعات أساطيل صالات عرض السيارات.
الخبرة في التعامل مع حسابات الشركات، والمؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة، والحكومية ونصف الحكومية إلزامية.
شبكة معارف قوية ومعرفة بسوق الأساطيل/الشركات الإماراتي ستكون ميزة.
متحدث عربي أصلي مع مهارات تواصل قوية باللغة الإنجليزية.
مهارات تفاوض وعرض وتواصل وتنظيم العلاقات قوية.
موجه نحو الأهداف مع سجل موثوق في تحقيق أهداف المبيعات.
رخصة قيادة إماراتية سارية.
يجب أن يكون مقيمة حالياً في الإمارات ومتاحاً للانضمام الفوري.

نحن نبحث عن مرشح ذو شبكة اتصالات واسعة ضمن سوق الشركات والمؤسسات في الإمارات، يفهم متطلبات شراء الأساطيل، وقادر على توليد وإنهاء أعمال الأساطيل بشكل مستقل. ستكون الخبرة في المناقصات الحكومية ونصف الحكومية والحسابات المؤسسية ميزة كبيرة.
