We're Hiring: Fashion Designer — Full-Time (UAE)
We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Fashion Designer to join our team.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in fashion design, with a strong focus on evening dresses and haute couture
- Highly creative with a strong eye for detail, fabric, and silhouette
- Full-time availability
- Candidates already based in the UAE are preferred
Skills
Design & Technical Skills
- Fashion sketching & illustration
- Pattern making and draping
- Garment construction and tailoring techniques
- Fabric selection and sourcing (silk, chiffon, lace, tulle, etc.)
- Embellishment and embroidery knowledge (beading, sequins, appliqué)
- Fitting and alteration expertise
Software & Tools
- Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop
- CLO 3D or similar garment simulation software (a plus)
Industry-Specific
- Haute couture and evening wear design experience
- Bridal/formal wear design (a plus)
Soft Skills
- Strong creative vision and originality
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
- Communication and presentation skills
