المسؤوليات الأساسية
الإشراف على أنشطة تركيب وصيانة MEP في مواقع المشاريع.
مراجعة الرسومات والمواصفات والوثائق الفنية.
تنسيق الأعمال الميكانيكية والكهربائية والصحية مع فرق المشروع.
متابعة تقدم المشروع والتأكد من الإتمام في الوقت المحدد.
إجراء تفتيشات الموقع وحل القضايا الفنية.
التأكد من امتثال أعمال MEP لمعايير الجودة والسلامة.
التنسيق مع المقاولين والاستشاريين والموردين.
إعداد تقارير التقدم والمحافظة على وثائق المشروع.
دعم الاختبار والتشغيل والانتقال النهائي للمشروع.
المتطلبات
البكالوريوس/دبلوم في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو الكهربائية أو هندسة MEP.
وجود خبرة ذات صلة في الإمارات/الخليج ميزة إضافية.
معرفة جيدة بأنظمة MEP والرسومات وإجراءات الموقع.
مهارات عالية في التنسيق وحل المشكلات.
القدرة على إدارة أنشطة الموقع بفعالية.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise MEP installation and maintenance activities at project sites.
Review drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
Coordinate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works with project teams.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues.
Ensure MEP works comply with quality and safety standards.

Requirements

Relevant UAE/GCC experience is an advantage.
