Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, responsible for driving business growth and brand visibility for Red Star Line Shipping and Cargo LLC. Day-to-day activities include identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, managing client relationships, and preparing proposals and quotations for shipping and logistics services. The role involves planning and executing marketing campaigns, maintaining digital and offline marketing materials, and supporting promotional initiatives to increase market presence. The specialist will collaborate with internal teams to ensure service offerings meet customer needs, track and report on sales performance, and contribute to sales forecasts and market analysis. Additional responsibilities may include conducting client meetings, providing basic product and service training to partners or junior team members, and representing the company at industry events when required. Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships. Proven experience in sales and sales management within shipping, logistics, or related industries. Ability to provide training and guidance to colleagues or partners on products, services, and sales processes. Solid understanding of marketing principles and techniques, including basic digital marketing and market research. Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field preferred. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
