The Role We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Production Supervisor to oversee daily production activities, coordinate manufacturing teams, and help ensure production targets, quality standards, and safety requirements are consistently achieved. Key Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day production operations and manufacturing activities. Coordinate production schedules and allocate team resources. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Operations, or a related field is preferred.2–4 years of experience in production, manufacturing, operations, or a supervisory role is an advantage. Good understanding of production processes and manufacturing operations. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Good written and verbal English communication skills. Experience with ERP systems, production planning tools, Microsoft Office, or manufacturing reporting systems is an advantage. Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, quality control, or continuous improvement practices is a plus. Ability to work independently and collaborate with international teams.
