We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Consultant with a strong passion for fitness and customer engagement. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in sales, preferably within the gym/fitness membership industry, and the ability to convert leads into long-term customers.
Key Responsibilities Promote and sell gym memberships and fitness packages to potential customers Generate leads through walk-ins, referrals, and outbound sales activities Conduct client consultations and explain membership benefits and pricing plans Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure high customer satisfaction Follow up on inquiries and convert prospects into active members Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports Coordinate with internal teams to support promotional campaigns and events
Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in sales is mandatory Preferred Background in gym membership / fitness sales Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Target-oriented with proven sales closing ability Ability to work in a fast-paced customer-facing environment Good presentation and customer relationship management skills
