• Working closely with the partner audit quality to ensure audit quality is consistently maintained and enhanced.

• Conducting hot and cold audit file reviews as per firm’s policy

• Sharing key learnings and best practices with audit teams to improve overall audit quality initiatives

• Ensuring compliance with ISQM for all JFC network firms

• Acting as a point of contact for all CaseWare / audit methodology related queries from audit teams

Conducing periodical training sessions on CaseWare / audit methodology

• Be ACA, ACCA qualified

• Previous min 2 years’ experience as a manager or Assistant Manager in a top audit firm

• Proven technical auditing and accounting skills

• A track record of delivering quality and experience in the audit industry

• Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex issues clearly

• People management skills and experience in providing constructive feedback

• Project management experience, with adaptability to handle changing timelines and plans

• Understanding of proportionality and the ability to make sound decisions

• A challenging and skeptical mindset with high attention to detail
