To deliver engaging, inclusive, and developmentally appropriate educational and literacy-based programs for children at the House of Wisdom. The role focuses on cultivating a love for reading, supporting early childhood learning, and fostering creativity through structured activities and events, in alignment with cultural and educational goals.
Program Delivery: Plan and deliver age-appropriate, interactive learning and reading programs for
children.
Environment Management: Assist in the setup and maintenance of engaging indoor and outdoor learning spaces that support exploration and family involvement.
Community Collaboration: Support partnerships with schools, educators, and community groups to promote children’s literacy and cultural engagement.
Child Engagement: Engage children in meaningful dialogue, nurture their interests, and ensure their voices are reflected in daily activities.
Resource Coordination: Assist in selecting and organizing educational and library materials to enhance the children’s collection and program quality.
Desired Candidate Profile
Diploma or equivalent.
Bachelor’s in Education or Library Science is an advantage.
Minimum 2–3 years in early childhood education, literacy programs, or child-focused library settings.
