Design and prepare reinforced structural systems, ensuring compliance with applicable safety standards and regulations while considering constructability and environmental requirements.
Prepare detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource requirements, and work schedules to ensure efficient project execution.
Conduct regular site inspections and assessments to monitor construction progress, workmanship, and compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
Collaborate with architects, contractors, consultants, and other engineers to resolve technical and site-related issues and implement effective solutions.
Good knowledge of structural steel works and formwork systems for civil and structural construction.
Strong ability to read, understand, and interpret structural and architectural drawings.
Minimum site-handling experience/capacity, with the ability to independently coordinate and supervise site activities.
Good knowledge of reinforcement detailing, quantity calculations, and construction methods.
Good communication skills in English or Hindi.
Willingness to work between the precast factory and construction sites as required.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, with a strong foundation in engineering principles and practices.
Professional Engineer , demonstrating a commitment to industry standards and ethics.
Minimum of 1-5 years of relevant work experience in civil engineering, with hands-on involvement in construction projects.
Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other industry-standard design software to create and modify engineering drawings.
