Role: IT Manager (Remote) Location: Remote (Work from Anywhere) Job Type: Contract Payout: $60 - $75/hour
Role Overview:We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking an IT Manager to oversee and optimize their global IT infrastructure. The role involves managing a team of IT professionals to ensure seamless operations and system reliability across multiple regions. This position requires a strategic approach to technology management while supporting business continuity and digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:• Lead the planning, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems, networks, and infrastructure.• Manage a team of IT staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.• Develop and enforce IT policies, security protocols, and compliance standards.• Oversee budget planning, procurement, and vendor relationships for IT resources.• Ensure 24/7 system availability with minimal downtime and rapid incident resolution.
Required Skills & Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.• 7+ years of IT management experience, including team leadership and project oversight.• Proficiency in enterprise IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, and networking.• Experience with ITIL frameworks, cybersecurity best practices, and compliance regulations.• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage cross-functional technical teams.
