Job description

We are looking for a responsible, disciplined, and experienced Cleaning Site Supervisor to oversee and manage cleaning staff at assigned sites. The candidate will be responsible for allocating daily duties, monitoring employee attendance and performance, conducting regular site inspections, ensuring cleaning standards are consistently maintained, and addressing any issues or client complaints promptly. The Supervisor must be strict but fair with employees, ensure company rules and procedures are followed, prevent negligence and unnecessary breaks, and take immediate corrective action when standards are not met. The candidate should have strong leadership and communication skills, be confident in managing a team, maintain proper attendance and site records, ensure cleaning materials and equipment are used correctly, and report any employee, site, or client-related issues to management. Accommodation will be provided by the company. Previous experience in cleaning supervision or facility management is preferred.
