- Oversee daily security operations to ensure the safety and protection of personnel and property, proactively identifying potential risks.
- Develop and enforce security protocols, policies, and procedures to maintain a secure environment, adapting them as necessary based on evolving threats.
- Conduct regular patrols and inspections of premises to deter and detect signs of intrusion or unusual activity, ensuring compliance with security standards.
- Coordinate and lead emergency response efforts, including fire drills and evacuations, while maintaining clear communication with local authorities.
Desired Candidate Profile
High School Diploma in Security Management or equivalent.
3–5 years of security services experience, including supervisory experience.
Valid SIRA Security Supervisor certification is mandatory.
Proven ability to manage, motivate, and lead a security team.
Good communication, leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
