Prepare architectural drawings, plans, and detailed design documents.
Handle submissions and approvals with Al Ain Municipality and Abu Dhabi authorities.
Ensure designs comply with Abu Dhabi Building Code and local regulations.
Prepare 3D models, renderings, and presentations using 3ds Max and rendering software.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and other engineering disciplines.
Review and revise drawings according to authority requirements and project needs.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
3–5+ years of relevant experience in architectural design and consultancy.
Strong experience with Al Ain Municipality and Abu Dhabi authority submissions and approvals.
Good knowledge of the Abu Dhabi Building Code and local regulations.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, and realistic rendering.
Strong architectural design, detailing, and technical drawing skills.
Experience preparing authority submission documents and responding to comments.
Good communication and coordination skills with clients, consultants, and authorities.
UAE experience is required, preferably in Abu Dhabi and/or Al Ain.
