وفي إطار النمو المستمر لطيران الإمارات، نبحث عن متخصصين ذوي خبرة في مجال الطيران للانضمام إلى قسم التدريب على الطيران لدينا في أدوار أرضية غير طائرة كـ "مختبر طيران تشابهي" (SFE). تتولى هذه الوظيفة مسؤولية إجراء تقييمات كفاءة الطيارين باستخدام أجهزة التدريب على المحاكاة التشبيهية للطيران (FSTDs) والإشراف على التقييمات الأرضية وفقاً للوائح الهيئة العامة للطيران المدني (GCAA) ومعايير طيران الإمارات.
- إجراء فحوصات الكفاءة واختبارات المهارات والتقييمات التنظيمية والمقررة من الشركة باستخدام أجهزة التدريب على المحاكاة التشبيهية للطيران (FSTDs)، بما يتماشى مع لوائح الهيئة العامة للطيران المدني ومعايير التدريب في طيران الإمارات.
- تقييم أداء الطيارين خلال دورات التدريب الدوري، والتأهيل على طراز الطائرة، والتحديث، والترقية، مع ضمان الاتساق والموضوعية بما يتماشى مع المعايير المعتمدة.
- إكمال وتقديم تقارير واختبارات تقييم دقيقة ومفصلة باستخدام نظام التقارير الإلكتروني ضمن الأطر الزمنية المحضرة.
- تحديد الفجوات في الأداء والتوصية بتدريب علاجي أو إضافي حسب الحاجة للحفاظ على معايير السلامة والكفاءة.
- تقديم ملاحظات مفصلة لإدارة التدريب بشأن اتجاهات أداء الطيارين، أو المشكلات النظامية، أو التحسينات المحتملة في منهجية التدريب وفعاليته.
- دعم تطوير برنامج التدريب، ومراجعات الدورات، والمبادرات القسمية الأخرى المتعلقة بتقييم الطيارين في أجهزة المحاكاة والتقييم الأرضي.
المؤهلات
- الحصول أو الحصول سابقاً على رخصة طيار تجاري CPL، أو رخصة طيار طاقم متعددي الأفراد MPL، أو رخصة طيار خط جوي ATPL
- الخبرة: 12 شهراً كحد أدنى كمختبر نشط
- ما لا يقل عن 1500 ساعة طيران كطيار على طائرة متعددة الطيارين
- مهارات متقدمة في التواصل والقيادة

Job Purpose
Emirates Flight Training is a modern, progressive department that utilises Competency Based Training and Assessment (CBTA) methodology in all our courses and is one of the few full Evidence Based Training (EBT) operators worldwide. Through continuous professional development and standardisation, you can expect to be trained and developed in the most up to date training methodologies to ensure you meet the exacting standards required by Emirates.
As part of Emirates Airline’s continued growth, we are seeking experienced aviation professionals to join our Flight Training department in non-flying, ground-based roles as Synthetic Flight Examiner (SFE). This position is responsible for conducting pilot proficiency evaluations using Flight Simulation Training Devices (FSTDs) and overseeing ground-based assessments in accordance with GCAA regulations and Emirates’ standards.
- Conduct regulatory and company-mandated proficiency checks, skill tests, and assessments using Flight Simulation Training Devices (FSTDs), in line with GCAA regulations and Emirates' training standards.
- Evaluate pilot performance during recurrent, type rating, recency, and upgrade training sessions, ensuring consistency and objectivity in line with established benchmarks.
- Complete and submit accurate and detailed examination reports and assessments using the electronic reporting system within prescribed timelines.
- Identify performance gaps and recommend remedial or additional training as required to uphold safety and competency standards.
- Provide detailed feedback to training management regarding pilot performance trends, systemic issues, or potential improvements in instructional methodology and training effectiveness.
- Support training program development, course reviews, and other departmental initiatives related to simulator and ground-based pilot evaluation.
Qualification
- Hold or have held a CPL Commercial Pilot License MPL Multicrew Pilot License or ATPL Airline Transport Pilot License
- Experience Minimum 12 months as an active Examiner
- Minimum 1500 hours flight time as a pilot on multipilot aeroplane
- Advanced communication and leadership skills
Salary & benefits
Annual basic salary of up to AED 423,360 (USD 115,265).
