Salesman (Job Role: Assistant)

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Greet retail walk-in clients, answer product questions politely, and guide them to the right building or plumbing materials.

• Order Processing: Assist in cutting bills, handling cash/card transactions at the counter, and updating sales log books.

• Inventory Handling: Help check incoming stock from supplier trucks and ensure items and hardware are neatly arranged on showroom shelves.

• Material Tracking: Enforce the absolute company rule: strictly note down the exact Apartment Number and Cluster Location for every item dispatched to our technical maintenance team.

• Store Upkeep: Keep the counter and display area clean, organized, and professional every day.

Carpenter (Technical Team)

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• On-Site Woodwork: Measure, cut, repair, and install wooden doors, frames, locks, handles, kitchen cabinets, and wardrobes in apartments.

• Property Renovation: Perform gypsum ceiling repairs, wooden flooring installations, and general carpentry fixes during unit handovers.

• Material Care: Take full responsibility for your heavy-duty company toolset. Keep tools locked securely inside your assigned tool bag to prevent damage or loss.

• Site Rules Compliance: Maintain clean working spaces on-site, follow supervisor instructions, and wear the official company T-shirt cleanly on every shift.

• Accurate Requests: Log the target apartment unit number with the Admin whenever requesting specialized fittings or outside factory orders.

Electrician (Technical Team)

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Electrical Installation: Install electrical wires, main switches, circuit breakers (MCBs), DB boxes, indoor lights, spotlights, and power sockets neatly.

• Troubleshooting: Diagnose electrical faults, short circuits, or voltage fluctuations on-site and execute safe repairs immediately.

• Safety Compliance: Follow strict electrical safety rules to protect yourself and the property from hazards. Keep your personal safety equipment (PPE) like steel-toe boots and helmets clean for Dubai Municipality checks.

• Stock Accountability: Maintain a strict count of wires, switch boxes, and conduits taken from our showroom. Ensure no materials are lost or wasted on-site.

• Teamwork: Work closely with plumbers and painters to ensure smooth, timely project handovers.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements & Skills: (Salesman)

• Basic speaking skills in English and Hindi (Arabic or Urdu is a plus).

• Basic computer or typing skills to enter sales data.

• Honest, hardworking, and polite attitude with customers.

Requirements & Skills: (Carpenter)

• Proven experience as a carpenter in the UAE or GCC market.

• Must know how to read simple drawings, measurements, and use power tools safely.

• Strong physical fitness and capability to deliver neat, high-quality finishing work.

Requirements & Skills: (Electrician)

• Proven experience as a building or maintenance electrician in the UAE.

• Deep knowledge of DEWA safety guidelines, single-phase, and three-phase wiring systems.

• Ability to troubleshoot faults independently using standard testing meters and hand tools.
