- شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها.
- خبرة من 0 إلى 2 سنة في صيانة المرافق، أو كفني، أو في دور ذي صلة.
- معرفة أساسية بصيانة المعدات واستكشاف الأعطال وإصلاحها.
- مهارات تنظيمية عالية وإمكانية إدارة مهام متعددة.
- اهتمام كبير بالتفاصيل والقدرة على اتباع إجراءات الصيانة.
- القدرة على العمل بفعالية في بيئة متعددة الثقافات والاستجابة السريعة لمشكلات الصيانة.

Role Summary
The Officer – Facilities Management is responsible for maintaining store equipment, machinery, and facilities to ensure smooth operations. The role performs preventive and corrective maintenance, monitors asset functionality, follows health and safety standards, and maintains accurate maintenance records while supporting store operational efficiency.
ROLE PROFILE
- Perform preventive maintenance activities according to the planned maintenance schedule.
- Carry out corrective maintenance and repair work on store assets and equipment.
- Inspect equipment and identify potential maintenance issues.
- Report asset malfunctions and technical issues to the Facility Manager.
- Maintain accurate records and logs of maintenance activities performed.
- Coordinate with external service providers to ensure maintenance contract compliance.
- Follow health, safety, and operational standards when conducting maintenance work.
- Participate in technical training and comply with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- 0-2 years of experience in facilities maintenance, technician, or a related role.
- Basic knowledge of equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to follow maintenance procedures.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and respond quickly to maintenance issues.
