General Description of Role and Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and recommend improvements to streamline recruitment processes to capitalise on efficiencies and candidate experience.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve recruitment strategies and operations.
- Analyse recruitment data and Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness.
- Collect and analyse candidate feedback to enhance the recruitment process.
- Prepare regular reports and dashboards to provide insights into recruitment metrics and trends.
- Collect and analyse quantitative and qualitative data to track project progress and outcomes.
- Identify opportunities to optimise and automate recruitment workflows within the ATS.
- Maintain and manage the Applicant Tracking System to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate data.
- Configure and customise the ATS according to the companys recruitment processes and needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the ATS.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align recruitment strategies with organisational goals.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all data entered into the system.
- Regularly audit the system to ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies.
- Generate and analyse recruitment metrics and reports from the ATS.
- Provide training and support to Talent Acquisition staff and hiring managers on using the ATS.
- Assist users with technical issues and escalate complex problems to the service provider/vendor if necessary.
- Recommend and implement system improvements to streamline recruitment processes.
- Test and roll out new ATS functionalities and updates.
- Assist in the preparation of compliance reports and audits.
- Contribute to the identification of challenges and opportunities.
- Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices, sharing insights with the team.
Skills
Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge, and Skills:
- 5 years experience as a business analyst.
- Preferably a bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Certification in HR or related fields such as PHR, SHRM-CP, or similar HR-related certifications can be an added advantage.
- Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition processes and workflows.
- Knowledge of recruitment marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with HR metrics and key performance indicators.
- Proven experience administering and managing an ATS and HR software.
- Experience with data visualisation tools like Power BI.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
