Talent Acquisition Business Analyst

General Description of Role and Responsibilities:


  • Evaluate and recommend improvements to streamline recruitment processes to capitalise on efficiencies and candidate experience.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve recruitment strategies and operations.
  • Analyse recruitment data and Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness.
  • Collect and analyse candidate feedback to enhance the recruitment process.
  • Prepare regular reports and dashboards to provide insights into recruitment metrics and trends.
  • Collect and analyse quantitative and qualitative data to track project progress and outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities to optimise and automate recruitment workflows within the ATS.
  • Maintain and manage the Applicant Tracking System to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate data.
  • Configure and customise the ATS according to the companys recruitment processes and needs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the ATS.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align recruitment strategies with organisational goals.
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all data entered into the system.
  • Regularly audit the system to ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies.
  • Generate and analyse recruitment metrics and reports from the ATS.
  • Provide training and support to Talent Acquisition staff and hiring managers on using the ATS.
  • Assist users with technical issues and escalate complex problems to the service provider/vendor if necessary.
  • Recommend and implement system improvements to streamline recruitment processes.
  • Test and roll out new ATS functionalities and updates.
  • Assist in the preparation of compliance reports and audits.
  • Contribute to the identification of challenges and opportunities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices, sharing insights with the team.


Skills

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge, and Skills:

  • 5 years experience as a business analyst.
  • Preferably a bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Certification in HR or related fields such as PHR, SHRM-CP, or similar HR-related certifications can be an added advantage.
  • Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition processes and workflows.
  • Knowledge of recruitment marketing strategies.
  • Familiarity with HR metrics and key performance indicators.
  • Proven experience administering and managing an ATS and HR software.
  • Experience with data visualisation tools like Power BI.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
