Bait Al Najah Metals Trading L.L.C is seeking a motivated and organized Office Administrator & Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling office administration tasks as well as making and receiving calls related to our scrap trading business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general office administration duties.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls, addressing client inquiries.
  • Coordinate with clients and manage communication.
  • Maintain and organize records and files.
  • Assist in daily office operations as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate degree.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
