• Read and interpret technical blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine job requirements.
• Measure and cut aluminium materials to required dimensions using saws, shears, and other cutting tools.
• Shape and bend aluminium components using bending machines
• Assemble, weld, or bolt parts together according to design plans.
• Use grinders, files, and sanders to smooth and finish the surfaces of fabricated aluminium products.
• Inspect completed items for quality assurance, ensuring accuracy and durability.
• Repair and maintain aluminium structures or products as needed.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and ensure proper handling of tools and materials.
• Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and clients to meet project deadlines.

Skills

• Proven experience as an Aluminium Fabricator or similar role.
• Proficiency in reading and understanding technical drawings and blueprints.
• Hands-on experience with fabrication tools and machinery such as drills, grinders, saws, and bending machines.
• Knowledge of welding techniques, particularly TIG or MIG welding.
• Ability to measure and cut materials with precision.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
• Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy materials.
• Familiarity with workplace safety procedures and regulations.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
