Conduct periodic staff meetings to assess the functioning of the plant and personnel performance.
Develop structured systems for streamlining capital flow and operational expenditures while reviewing financial compensation for employees.
Assess machinery failure and address equipment breakdown within a designated period.

Skills

Experience of 3 years in construction back ground equipment related to lifting , as tower cranes , hoist , cradle equipment.
Essential good skills with autocad drawings and is a plus if knowledge in calculation models for tower crane analysis
Essential car license
Familiarity with data analysis and reporting.
Familiar with creating reports and data analysis.
A knack for building and maintaining genuine and positive client relationships.
Familiarity with creating site and equipment performance reports, in addition to knowledge of data analysis and evaluation.
