Objective of the Role: - To relocate to Dubai and join one of our partner real estate brokerages as a broker, where you’ll learn the industry, build your client base, and work towards uncapped tax-free earnings. Key Responsibilities: - Build and manage a client portfolio of buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants. - Generate leads through calls, networking, and prospecting. - Negotiate and close property transactions. - Deliver excellent market advice and client service. - Work in a commission-only, high-performance environment. Interactions: - Daily communication with clients, landlords, and tenants. - Collaboration with brokerage teams and managers. - Ongoing support from The Recruitment Blueprint during your first 90 days in Dubai.

Required Experience & Education: - No real estate experience required - full training is provided. - Background in sales, customer service, or any target-driven role is an advantage. Skills & Attributes: - Sales-minded and highly ambitious. - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Resilient and motivated by commission-only earnings. - Positive, hardworking, and persistent - doesn’t give up easily. - Open to relocating and embracing life in Dubai. Other Requirements: - Valid passport with the ability to relocate within the next 90 days. - Valid Drivers license - Financial readiness: £10,000–£15,000 / $12,000-$17,000 in savings to support living costs for the first 3–4 months until commissions are established.
