Fleet Manager (MOTORSPORT ONLY)

We are seeking a Fleet Manager who is not only operationally skilled, but also deeply embedded in the racing and drifting world. Key Objective: To manage, maintain, and optimize the company’s fleet of high-performance drift cars, ensuring they are always track-ready, safe, and performing at peak levels. This role is strictly for candidates with a motorsport background, preferably with direct experience in drifting competitions, racing teams, or motorsport engineering. Key Responsibilities: Take full responsibility for the maintenance, performance, and operational readiness of drift cars and support vehicles. Supervise and coordinate the technical and mechanical teams during events and in workshop settings. Maintain detailed logs of vehicle performance, service intervals, upgrades, and any damage reports. Work closely with drivers and mechanics to fine-tune cars in preparation for drift events and competitions. Oversee vehicle transport logistics, including domestic and international movement of the fleet. Manage procurement of spare parts, performance upgrades, and consumables (e.g., tires, fluids, etc.). Ensure compliance with motorsport safety regulations and operational standards. Implement cost control measures and preventive maintenance strategies to reduce downtime. Provide technical insights to engineers for continuous improvement and performance enhancements. This is a specialized role and only candidates with actual motorsport/racing/drifting experience will be considered. Applicants with general fleet experience (e.g., taxis, logistics, rental cars) will not be shortlisted.

Minimum 5 years of experience in motorsport fleet management, with direct exposure to drifting or racing (rally, circuit, etc.). Deep knowledge of performance tuning, drift vehicle dynamics, and racing regulations. Prior experience working in a drifting team, motorsport club, or competitive racing environment is mandatory. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Excellent communication skills; must be able to work under pressure during races/events. Flexible with travel and event-based schedules. Degree or diploma in Automotive Engineering, Motorsport Management, or related field (preferred but not essential). Existing network in the motorsports scene (drifters, engineers, part suppliers). Valid UAE driving license (additional racing licenses a plus).
