A leading FMCG company in the UAE is seeking a dynamic and experienced Brand Manager to join our team in Jebel Ali, Dubai.
Job Purpose:
The Brand Manager will lead brand strategy, product innovation, and marketing execution for a global consumer portfolio. The role focuses on developing and deploying impactful marketing campaigns across modern, traditional, and omnichannel platforms while maintaining brand integrity and driving growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute brand strategies, marketing plans, and promotional campaigns.
- Lead both digital and trade marketing initiatives, ensuring synergy between online engagement and in-store execution.
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights, trends, and competitor activities.
- Manage marketing budgets, monitor ROI and KPIs, and ensure cost efficiency.
- Drive brand visibility through digital, trade, and consumer marketing initiatives.
- Lead product launches, events, and key projects including new product development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external agencies to ensure brand consistency and excellence across all touchpoints.
- Present performance reports and insights to senior management.
Skills
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of UAE experience in brand or product management within FMCG or consumer goods.
- Strong analytical, planning, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to make data-driven decisions and manage marketing budgets.
- Experience with ERP systems and proficiency in MS Excel is an advantage..
