Flame is a fire-inspired restaurant located in DAMAC Towers by Paramount in Business Bay, Dubai. We are looking for an Event Manager who can turn our space into a go-to spot for private dinners, corporate events, themed nights and group bookings.
You will be responsible for planning and managing events from A to Z – handling client inquiries, creating event proposals, coordinating with the restaurant team (kitchen, service, bar), and making sure everything runs smoothly on the day. You’ll also work with management on ideas to grow our event business, support basic marketing for special nights, and build long-term relationships with clients and partners.

Skills
- Based in Dubai or currently in the UAE.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in events or F&B (restaurant, lounge, bar or hotel).
- Proven experience handling private events, group bookings and theme nights from A to Z.
- Strong planning and coordination skills. You can handle many details without losing control.
- Comfortable working closely with the restaurant manager, kitchen and service team during events.
- Good understanding of Dubai hospitality standards and guest expectations.
- Excellent communication skills in English. Arabic, Russian or Turkish is a plus.
- Confident personality. You can speak with corporate clients, influencers and walk-in guests.
- Creative mindset. You can propose event ideas that match Flame’s fire-inspired concept and Dubai vibe.
- Basic knowledge of social media and marketing for promoting events is an advantage.
- Willing to work evenings, weekends and busy days when events happen.
- Strong sense of responsibility and ownership. You treat each event like it is your own project.
- Able to work under pressure during peak hours and keep a calm, positive attitude with the team.
