This hybrid role is perfect for someone who can think like a strategist, operate like a producer, and execute with precision. You’ll work across premium clients, activations, and multi-channel campaigns, partnering with creatives, internal teams, and global luxury brands to deliver out-of-this-world experiences.

♠️ Your Mission As an Account & Project Manager, you will:Lead communication with luxury clients and act as their trusted point of contact Strategize and manage 360° delivery across events, activations, launches, and productions Build and own project timelines, production schedules, talent bookings, and supplier relationships Work hand-in-hand with the creative and styling teams to bring concepts to life Manage budgets, vendor quotes, and reconciliation reports Support new business pitches with strong briefs and insights Be on-ground during shoots and events ensuring everything is photo-ready and on-brand Juggle multiple client accounts with confidence, speed, and flair This is a mid–senior level position for someone ready to take ownership — without managing a team (yet) — but who thrives in high-impact, fast-paced environments.
???? Qualifications• Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Events, or related field• 5+ years of experience in creative agencies, luxury events, or brand activations• Confident in Microsoft 365, Canva, project management tools

Skills & Competencies• Experience handling luxury clients in fashion, beauty, hospitality, or lifestyle sectors• Strong communication and presentation skills• Excellent time management — thrives under pressure• Problem solver, multitasker, creative thinker• Agency experience highly preferred• Strong familiarity with the UAE market
