Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive with 2–3 years of experience in selling accounting, tax, bookkeeping, compliance, or B2B professional services. The ideal candidate understands the UAE business landscape and can independently generate, manage, and close leads for our accounting and compliance service offerings.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end sales for accounting, bookkeeping, VAT, corporate tax, and compliance services.
  • Identify and target potential clients including SMEs, startups, consulting firms, and international businesses.
  • Build, manage, and close a strong sales pipeline while meeting monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Conduct client meetings, prepare proposals, and negotiate pricing.
  • Collaborate with the service delivery team to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
  • Maintain CRM entries, track conversions, and provide weekly sales reports.
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking sessions to acquire new leads.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend customized solutions.
  • Upsell and cross-sell additional services such as business setup, EOR, or compliance support.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of proven sales experience in accounting, tax, consulting, or B2B services in the UAE market (mandatory).
  • Strong understanding of UAE tax regulations (VAT, Corporate Tax) preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet aggressive targets.
  • Prior experience with CRM tools.
  • Valid UAE driving license (preferred).

Role Overview

The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving revenue for our Accounting & Compliance vertical by acquiring new clients and managing relationships across the UAE market. This is a target-driven role requiring strong market knowledge, business acumen, and the ability to close deals efficiently.
