Job Summary We are looking for a dedicated and child-friendly Pediatric Dentist to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will specialize in treating infants, children, and adolescents, ensuring a comfortable and positive dental experience while delivering high-quality clinical care. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and treat dental conditions in children, including caries, infections, and gum diseases Perform preventive treatments such as fluoride applications, sealants, and routine check-ups Carry out restorative procedures including fillings, crowns, pulpotomies, and extractions Manage pediatric dental emergencies and trauma cases Educate parents and children on proper oral hygiene and preventive care Use effective behavior management techniques to handle anxious or uncooperative children Monitor dental growth and development and identify orthodontic needs Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records as per DHA/MOH regulations Follow strict infection control and sterilization protocols Coordinate with other dental specialists for comprehensive treatment Requirements BDS with Master’s in Pediatric Dentistry (MDS or equivalent) Valid DHA / DOH / MOH License or eligibility Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience Must have own visa (mandatory) Immediate joiner preferred / available to start immediately Strong communication skills with children and parents Ability to manage pediatric patients with patience and empathy Preferred Qualifications UAE clinical experience Arabic-speaking (preferred but not mandatory) Experience with pediatric sedation techniques Compensation & Benefits Commission-based / revenue-sharing model (to be discussed) Performance-based incentives Flexible working schedule (if part-time) Supportive work environment
