*Oversee all front-of-house and visitor experience operations, ensuring a seamless and premium service environment
*Plan, lead, and execute VIP visits and official engagements in full alignment with protocol standards
*Manage and coordinate service providers, including reception staff, chauffeurs, and PROs, to ensure operational excellence
*Uphold exceptional service standards while maintaining a high-quality, professional office ambiance across all touchpoints
•Approximately 8 years of experience in corporate services, hospitality, or operations, preferably within government entities or high-end hotel environments
•Proven track record in managing VIPs, senior delegations, and protocol-driven engagements
•Strong professional presence with the ability to represent the organization to the highest standards
•Demonstrated experience in leading front-of-house operations, including reception, visitor experience, and service provider coordination
•Ability to effectively manage multiple internal and external stakeholders while handling complex logistics
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a high level of discretion and attention to detail.
