Job Description:
• Provide individualized and small-group support to students with special educational needs
• Develop and implement IEPs and differentiated learning strategies based on student needs
• Work closely with teachers, parents, and support staff to monitor student progress and wellbeing
• Maintain an inclusive, supportive, and student-cantered learning environment
• Female, aged 40 and below
• Bachelor’s of Education major Psychology or in another subject plus a diploma/associate degree in special education
• At least 2 years of UAE experience in the same role within American, British, or IB schools
• Strong knowledge of IEP development and inclusive education practices
