Job description

The intern will assist in developing, customizing, automating, and integrating Zoho applications to improve business operations and workflow efficiency. This internship is ideal for candidates interested in CRM systems, business automation, low-code development, and third-party integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Customize and automate Zoho applications including Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, Zoho Projects, and Zoho Analytics.
• Write and maintain Deluge scripts for workflows and automation.
• Support API integrations with third-party platforms.
• Create reports, dashboards, and business process automations.
•  Assist in testing, debugging, and improving existing systems.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project managers.
• Prepare technical documentation and support materials.

Preferred Qualifications/Experiences:

• Bachelors degree or currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Internship or project experience in CRM or automation platforms is a plus.
• Basic understanding of Zoho applications.
• Knowledge of programming logic and APIs.
• Familiarity with Deluge scripting is an advantage.
• Understanding of CRM concepts and business workflows.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
