Role Overview
We are looking for a confident and motivated Business Development Executive to help QNOVA Media Agency grow its client base. The role focuses on finding new business opportunities, reaching out to potential clients, booking meetings, presenting our services, and supporting the closing of new deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients in the UAE market.
- Reach out to businesses through calls, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn, and networking.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of leads and prospects.
- Book meetings with potential clients and understand their needs.
- Present QNOVA’s services in a professional and convincing way.
- Follow up with leads and maintain strong client communication.
- Support in preparing proposals, quotations, and client presentations.
- Work closely with the marketing and creative team to suggest suitable solutions for clients.
- Help close deals and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain records of calls, meetings, leads, and deal progress.
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition is preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Confident in speaking with business owners and decision-makers.
- Good understanding of social media, marketing, advertising, or media services is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Professional attitude, presentable personality, and strong follow-up skills.
- UAE market knowledge is an advantage.
- Arabic and English communication skills are preferred.
Compensation
- Fixed salary + commission
