About Us

Klima Air Conditioning Machines Manufacturing LLC is expanding its operations and is seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to manage our financial records. Reporting directly to the Accounts Manager, you will play a critical role in maintaining our daily financial health and ensuring accurate, compliant bookkeeping tailored to the manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily Bookkeeping: Perform day-to-day financial transactions (A/P, A/R, and general ledger), ensuring they are accurately and promptly recorded in the accounting system.

• Petty Cash Management: Manage, disburse, and reconcile petty cash funds for daily operational expenses, maintaining strict logs and receipts.

• Financial Reporting: Support the Accounts Manager in preparing timely monthly financial statements, management reports, and assisting with month-end/year-end close processes.

• Compliance & VAT: Manage and file UAE VAT returns accurately and on time, ensuring full compliance with Federal Tax Authority (FTA) regulations.

• Reconciliations: Conduct regular bank reconciliations and consistently monitor cash flow.

• Costing & Inventory: Work closely with the manufacturing and procurement teams to track inventory costs, valuations, and material waste.

• Payroll & Audit: Assist with payroll processing and liaise with external auditors as required.

• Quality Control: Maintain high standard quality control over all financial transactions and reporting.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Mandatory Location: Must be currently residing in Ras Al Khaimah (RAK).

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CMA) is a strong advantage.

• Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven accounting and bookkeeping experience in the UAE, preferably within a manufacturing, engineering, or trading environment.

• Taxation: Solid, up-to-date knowledge of UAE VAT laws and FTA filing procedures.

• Software Proficiency: Hands-on experience with accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP). Advanced MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.) are required.

• Mobility: Possession of a valid UAE driving license and owning a personal car is highly preferred.

• Skills: Excellent attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and experience managing high-volume daily transactions.
