We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Technical Project Manager - Dynamics 365 (L3) with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementation and delivery.
The role will lead the deployment and adoption of Dynamics 365 across the organization, ensuring the platform centralizes customer data, automates sales pipelines, and enhances collaboration across marketing and service teams.
Reporting to the Head of Strategy & Operations, the Project Manager will act as the primary liaison between commercial teams, stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure successful end-to-end CRM transformation aligned with business objectives.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong balance of technical understanding, project governance, stakeholder engagement, client communication, and hands-on delivery management to ensure the CRM follows the correct workflows and delivers measurable business value.
Core Requirements Level: L3 (Execution & Alignment).
Location: Abu Dhabi (Onsite 4–5 days per week).
Experience: Proven experience in project management, CRM, and cloud-based enterprise applications, with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementation and delivery.
Skills: Strong organizational, stakeholder management, and reporting skills with the ability to track milestones, manage risks, and drive successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end implementation and adoption projects for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
Manage day-to-day CRM implementation activities, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, budgets, and strategic objectives.
Coordinate with business stakeholders, commercial teams, consultants, developers, architects, QA teams, and third-party vendors.
Gather and translate business requirements into technical and functional project plans.
Drive solution design discussions and ensure alignment with Microsoft Dynamics 365 best practices.
Coordinate CRM customization, integrations, data migration, testing, deployment, training, and post-go-live support activities.
Ensure CRM workflows reflect operational requirements and support automation, reporting, and collaboration across teams.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates on implementation health, risks, milestones, and resource alignment to leadership and clients.
Manage Agile/Scrum or Waterfall delivery methodologies as required.
Identify project risks proactively and implement mitigation strategies.
Ensure compliance with governance standards, quality processes, and documentation requirements.
Support successful user adoption, change management, and transition to support teams.
Required Skills & Experience 7+ years of project management experience in enterprise technology projects.
5+ years of hands-on experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementations.
Strong understanding of: Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service) Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) CRM integrations and data migration Azure and Microsoft ecosystem technologies Proven experience managing the full project lifecycle from discovery through go-live.
Experience working with cross-functional technical teams including developers, solution architects, QA engineers, and business analysts.
Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in complex enterprise environments.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Microsoft Project.
Preferred Qualifications PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications.
Experience in cloud transformation and enterprise integration projects.
Experience working within consulting or system integration environments.
Knowledge of ERP/CRM ecosystems and digital transformation initiatives.
