Guided by the philosophy of Kaizen — continuous improvement — we manage residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties, ensuring high standards of service, asset performance, and client satisfaction.
Our success is built on our people, and we are now looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead our human resources function and support our growing business.
Role Overview As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management, from talent acquisition and employee relations to performance management, compensation & benefits, and compliance with local labor laws.
You will play a strategic role in aligning HR practices with our business goals, fostering a positive work culture, and ensuring that our team remains engaged, skilled, and motivated.
Your deep understanding of the Dubai employment landscape and labor regulations will be essential in ensuring smooth operations and legal compliance across all HR activities.
Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and update HR policies, procedures, and workflows in line with UAE labor laws, Dubai regulations, and company objectives.
Lead and oversee the end-to-end recruitment function, driving data-driven reporting and continuous process improvement.
Lead and oversee the employee onboarding function, ensuring a seamless experience through structured reporting and ongoing improvements.
Lead compensation, benefits, payroll support, leave management, and end-of-service benefits in compliance with local regulations and company policies.
Own and manage the HR and office operations budget, including licensing renewals and compliance tracking.
Manage employee relations: address grievances, resolve conflicts, conduct disciplinary proceedings, and ensure fair and consistent treatment of all staff.
Oversee performance management processes — goal setting, appraisals, feedback, and development plans — to drive individual and organizational performance.
Ensure full compliance with UAE Labor Law, Dubai HR regulations, visa processing, labor cards, health insurance, and other statutory requirements.
Maintain accurate employee records, reports, and HR databases, ensuring confidentiality and data protection.
Contribute to organizational development, culture building, and employee engagement initiatives to enhance retention and productivity.
Act as a strategic partner to leadership, providing insights and recommendations on workforce planning, organizational structure, and people-related matters.
What We Offer: Competitive salary package aligned with Dubai market standards.
Comprehensive benefits including health insurance, annual flight tickets, and leave benefits.
Opportunities for professional growth and career advancement within a growing company.
A supportive, collaborative work environment focused on continuous improvement and excellence.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or professional HR certification (e.
g., CIPD, SHRM) is highly preferred.
10+ years of progressive experience in human resources, with a proven track record working within the Dubai market.
Prior experience in the property, real estate, or asset management industry is a strong advantage.
In-depth knowledge of UAE Labor Law, Dubai government regulations, immigration processes, and local HR practices.
Strong expertise in recruitment, employee relations, compensation & benefits, and performance management.
Excellent command of written and spoken English; proficiency in Arabic is an added advantage.
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in HR software and MS Office applications.
