As the National Partnerships Manager within the Emiratisation function of the HR department, you will develop and manage strategic partnerships with public and private sector entities in support of the organisation’s Emiratisation objectives.This role is responsible for ensuring effective stakeholder engagement, protocol compliance, and the integration of external partnerships into wider workforce strategies. Acting as the focal point for external stakeholders, you will strengthen collaboration across the ecosystem while contributing to enhanced employment opportunities and visibility for UAE Nationals (UAEN).
In this role, you will:
- Build, sustain and lead effective relationships with key public and private sector entities, including regulators, educational institutions, and semi-government organizations, to support UAEN employment objectives.
- Develop and manage a strategic calendar of partnership events and engagements, ensuring alignment with national priorities, hiring cycles, and business needs.
- Work closely with external Government Relations and relevant internal teams to ensure appropriate representation and protocol compliance at partnership events and activations.
- Oversee the tracking and follow-up of UAEN candidate referrals from external partners, ensuring timely coordination with Talent Acquisition and business units.
- Track engagement outcomes, evaluate partnership impact, and provide regular reporting and insights to senior leadership to inform strategic planning.
- Execute all partnership-related activities in full alignment with government protocols, corporate policies, and cultural expectations.
- Proactively explore and recommend new partnership opportunities that contribute to the long-term Emiratisation roadmap and ecosystem collaboration.
Qualification
To be considered for this role, you must meet the below requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Strategy, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in stakeholder management, government relations, HR, Emiratisation programmes, or external partnerships.
You will have an edge if you have:
- Strong knowledge of the UAE employment landscape and nationalisation frameworks.
- Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders.
- Experience in partnership management and workforce initiatives.
- Excellent planning, organisational, and project management skills.
