Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Service Sales Manager to drive business growth and develop long-term client relationships within the industrial services sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for securing service contracts, refurbishment projects, shutdown maintenance opportunities, and long-term service agreements (LTSAs) for a wide range of heat transfer and process equipment across the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refinery, Power Generation, Marine, and Industrial Manufacturing sectors.
This role requires a strong combination of technical expertise, commercial acumen, contract management, and business development skills to identify new opportunities and deliver customized service solutions to clients throughout the UAE and Middle East region.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Identify and secure new service, maintenance, repair, and refurbishment contracts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, procurement teams, maintenance managers, and plant operators.
- Generate new business opportunities within refineries, petrochemical plants, power stations, and industrial facilities.
- Conduct technical presentations and client meetings to promote service capabilities and value-added solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in technical sales, service sales, business development, or commercial management within industrial equipment services.
- Proven track record in heat exchanger services, pressure vessel refurbishment, or industrial maintenance solutions.
- Strong knowledge of ASME Boiler & Pressure Vessel Code (BPVC) and TEMA Standards.
- Experience working with refinery, petrochemical, power generation, marine, or industrial manufacturing clients.
- Strong understanding of shutdown and turnaround maintenance activities.
