Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations on-site, ensuring that all construction activities align with project plans and specifications.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services, maintaining an efficient workflow.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations to minimize hazards and risks.
  • Maintain accurate records of project progress, including daily logs, incident reports, and material usage for accountability.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry, with a strong background in site supervision.
  • Certifications such as OSHA, PMP, or equivalent are highly valued, demonstrating commitment to safety and project management.
  • Experience working with various construction methodologies and materials, showcasing technical knowledge of the trade.
