Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B sales strategy aligned with company objectives, driving revenue growth and market penetration.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Establish and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team, regularly analyzing performance data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key enterprise clients, understanding their business needs and providing strategic solutions.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive B2B sales experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets in a competitive enterprise market.
