Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Female Tele Sales Executive to join our growing HVAC sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales leads, promoting air conditioning products and services, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets through outbound and inbound telephone communications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote HVAC and air conditioning products and services.

  • Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.

  • Follow up on inquiries and maintain regular communication with existing and potential customers.

  • Explain product features, pricing, and service offerings effectively.

  • Prepare and maintain customer databases and sales records.

  • Achieve monthly sales and lead-generation targets.

  • Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure timely customer service.

  • Handle customer objections professionally and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.

  • Prepare daily and weekly sales activity reports.

  • Maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements

  • Female candidate preferred.

  • Minimum 2 years of tele sales experience, preferably in HVAC, air conditioning, building materials, or related industries.

  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills in English.

  • Knowledge of HVAC/AC products and services will be an added advantage.

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM systems.

  • Strong customer service orientation and sales acumen.

  • Ability to work independently and achieve targets.

Educational Qualification

  • Candidates with a Higher Secondary Certificate (12th Grade) and strong tele sales experience may also be considered.
