Job description

• Coordinate freight scheduling, negotiate competitive rates with carriers, optimize delivery routes, and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor inventory levels, manage order fulfillment, and maintain product availability while minimizing inventory holding costs.
• Oversee the receipt, storage, packing, and dispatch of goods, ensuring efficient warehouse operations and adherence to company standards.
• Prepare and manage shipping documentation, including bills of lading, coordinate customs clearance, and ensure compliance with international trade regulations and tariff requirements.
• Manage reverse logistics by coordinating the return of products, inspecting returned items, and determining appropriate actions such as resale, repair, or recycling.
• Investigate shipping delays, process claims for damaged or lost goods, and resolve logistics-related issues with vendors, carriers, and customers in a timely manner.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret freight, warehouse, and inventory data to identify trends, forecast demand, and optimize operational performance.
• Proficient in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Sound knowledge of inventory management, stock optimization, warehouse layout planning,
