Responsibilities:

1. Manage landscape projects from inception to completion, ensuring all phases are executed according to schedule and budget, utilizing project management software to track progress and deadlines.
2. Develop and present landscape design proposals to clients, incorporating their feedback and preferences while ensuring adherence to local regulations and sustainability practices.
3. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including architects and engineers, to ensure seamless integration of landscape designs with overall project plans, fostering collaboration and communication.
4. Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to evaluate project requirements and constraints, using analytical skills to identify potential challenges and solutions.
5. Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment necessary for project execution, negotiating with suppliers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
6. Monitor project progress and conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards, making adjustments as needed to stay on track.
7. Prepare detailed project reports and presentations for stakeholders, providing updates on progress, budget status, and any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
8. Lead and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and training to foster their professional development and enhance team performance.
9. Stay abreast of industry trends and innovations in landscape architecture, applying new techniques and technologies to improve project outcomes and efficiency.

Skills

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, Agriculture Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 - 10 years of experience in landscape project management within the GCC region (UAE Preferred).
• Proven experience in managing large-scale landscape projects from conception to completion.
• Advanced knowledge of project management tools and software, including Microsoft Excel and other financial systems.Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with clients effectively, vendors, and project teams at all levels.
• Knowledge of landscape contracting, project budgeting, and procurement processes.
• Ability to manage risks and resolve complex problems efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and a track record of successful project delivery.
