Job description
We are looking for an accomplished Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of high-value fitout, joinery, and construction projects across the UAE. You will own the full project management lifecycle — from inception and procurement through execution, handover, and close-out.
- Own and execute the full project management plan covering scope, design coordination, production, communication, cost, time, and close-out.
- Lead day-to-day site management; plan and organise manpower, materials, plant, and subcontractors in advance of programme requirements.
- Coordinate joinery production stages with the factory, ensuring design intent, budget, programme, and quality standards are maintained throughout manufacturing and installation.
- Develop and administer project budgets and procurement strategies; conduct value engineering and cost estimating as required.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate key risks and opportunities across head contracts, designs, budgets, authority requirements, and site delivery.
- Review and approve shop drawings, method statements, material submittals, and ITPs; coordinate with QA/QC teams for inspection sign-off.
- Resolve MEP coordination clashes and manage cross-discipline interfaces to ensure seamless workflow.
- Represent the company with clients, consultants, PMCs, subcontractors, and regulatory bodies.
- Drive labour productivity improvements and resource optimisation; target measurable efficiency gains aligned with company KPIs.
- Mentor and develop site engineers, supervisors, and support staff; build a high-performance project team culture.
Skills
- Project Management: 3 years (Required)
- Joinery Fit-out: 4 years (Preferred)
- Preferred UAE driving licence
- Graduates are preferred
