Job Details

HVAC:

  • Install, inspect, and maintain HVAC and refrigeration systems

  • Read blueprints to plan ductwork, piping, and equipment layout

  • Test airflow, temperature, and system efficiency; troubleshoot faults

  • Handle refrigerants safely as per regulations

MEP:

  • Support coordination of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems

  • Assist in reviewing MEP drawings and resolving site-level conflicts

  • Ensure MEP work meets safety and performance standards

  • Coordinate with other trades on shared utility routing

Civil:

  • Support site work including grading, drainage, and foundation preparation

  • Assist with site surveys and basic quality checks

  • Ensure work complies with civil drawings and site safety standards

  • Coordinate with engineers on structural and foundation requirements

Masonry:

  • Lay brick, block, and stone for walls and structures

  • Mix and apply mortar and grout

  • Ensure alignment, level, and plumb of masonry work

  • Carry out repair and restoration of existing masonry

Carpentry:

  • Construct and repair wooden structures, frames, and fittings

  • Install doors, windows, trim, and cabinetry

  • Measure and cut materials to specification

  • Build formwork for concrete where required

General (Multi-Skilled):

  • Perform maintenance and repair tasks across HVAC, MEP, civil, masonry, and carpentry work

  • Diagnose issues spanning multiple trades and resolve or escalate as needed

  • Support punch-list and project close-out activities

  • Act as first point of response for maintenance/site issues before specialist escalation

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Diploma/ITI or equivalent trade certification in HVAC, Civil, Mechanical, or Carpentry (any relevant trade)

  2. 2+ years of hands-on experience in at least one core trade (HVAC/MEP/Civil/Masonry/Carpentry), with working exposure to others

  3. Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications

  4. Familiarity with relevant tools, equipment, and safety procedures for each trade

  5. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently across multiple task types

  6. Good communication skills to coordinate with other trades and supervisors

  7. Willingness to work on-site and adapt to varied daily tasks

  8. Valid UAE driving license preferred (if site travel is required)

  9. Prior experience in a multi-skilled/multi-trade role is a plus
