Cluster Director of Operations | Abu Dhabi, UAE

We are partnering with a well-established full-service hotel to appoint a dynamic and driven Director of Operations who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and has a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

This is a key leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence across the hotel while leading and developing high-performing teams.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Extensive operational leadership experience within full-service hotels.
• Ideally to have worked in the GCC region, if not the UAE itself
• A well-rounded background across Rooms Division, Front Office, Food & Beverage, Security, and overall Hotel Operations.
• A proven track record of improving operational performance, enhancing guest satisfaction, and leading multiple departments.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams, implement best practices, and deliver consistent service excellence.

Salary package offered:

AED24k basic plus company accommodation and standard benefits
