Role Description The Owner role at STS is a full-time, on-site position based in New Cairo, responsible for overseeing overall business operations and strategic direction. Day-to-day tasks include managing financial performance, setting business goals, and monitoring key metrics to ensure sustainable growth. The Owner coordinates with internal teams and external partners, makes decisions on investments and resource allocation, and ensures compliance with relevant regulations and company policies. The role involves leading business development efforts, identifying new market opportunities, and maintaining strong client relationships. The Owner also provides guidance to staff, supports a positive workplace culture, and continuously evaluates processes to improve efficiency and service quality.
Qualifications
Strong business management skills, including strategic planning, budgeting, and performance monitoring. Experience in operations oversight, process improvement, and resource allocation. Proficiency in building and maintaining client and partner relationships, with solid negotiation and communication abilities. Ability to lead teams, provide clear direction, and foster a collaborative, inclusive work environment. Comfort with data-driven decision-making and basic familiarity with business software and productivity tools. Previous experience in owning or managing a business, or in a senior leadership role, is highly beneficial. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred, though equivalent practical experience is valued. Fluency in English; additional language skills relevant to the local market are an advantage.
