Kin Coffee is looking for a passionate and skilled Barista to join our specialty coffee stand in the UAE. You’ll be the face of our brand, crafting exceptional coffee experiences that bring our philosophy of “moments & memories” to life for every guest. From pulling the perfect espresso shot to creating latte art and maintaining a clean, welcoming counter, you’ll play a key role in building genuine connections with customers and representing Kin Coffee’s premium, minimalist identity. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who takes pride in their craft and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
Skills
We’re looking for candidates with prior barista or café experience, strong knowledge of espresso-based drinks and manual brewing methods, and a good understanding of milk texturing and latte art. Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus) and a warm, customer-first attitude are essential. Attention to detail, consistency under pressure, punctuality, and a genuine passion for specialty coffee culture will set the right candidate apart. Familiarity with POS systems and basic inventory/stock handling is a bonus.
